Abstract
Cracking Windows account password is critical tothe forensic analyst. The general methods of decipher passwordinclude clean the password, guess by social engineering,mathematical analyzing, exhaustive attacking, dictionaryattacking and rainbow tables algorithm. This paper provides thedetails about the Security Account Manager(SAM) databaseand describes how to get the user information from SAM andcracks account password of Windows 10 that the latestoperating system of Microsoft.
